Output produced by the Service — text, code, commands, files, analyses, plans, or anything else a model generates — is the product of statistical software, not a professional, not a fact-checked publication, and not a statement of ours. It may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, misleading, or dangerous if relied upon, even when it sounds confident. You must independently verify any output before relying on it, acting on it, executing code it produced, or sending it to anyone else. Shadow Shell accepts no responsibility for output content or for consequences of using it.
Nothing the Service produces is medical, legal, financial, accounting, tax, engineering, psychological, or other professional advice, and it does not create any professional or fiduciary relationship. Do not use output as a substitute for a licensed professional. In medical, mental-health, legal, or safety matters, consult a qualified professional; in an emergency, contact emergency services, not an AI.
The Service deliberately operates without a pre-deployment policy filter. We do not screen, endorse, adopt, or approve any output, and output does not reflect the views, beliefs, or positions of Shadow Shell or anyone associated with it. You direct the Service; what it does at your direction is your act. You are solely responsible for the legality of your use, for outputs you publish or act on, and for any harm that results from either. Prohibited uses are listed in Section 7 of the Terms of Service and draw immediate termination and law-enforcement cooperation.
Consult Mode relays requests to third-party AI model providers using API keys you supply. Those providers are independent third parties; Shadow Shell is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a partner of any of them. Their terms, acceptable-use policies, rate limits, models, and prices are theirs and change without our involvement. We do not warrant the availability, security, accuracy, or legality of their services, and we are not responsible for their treatment of your data or for charges their APIs incur. Your use of any third-party API through the Service is governed by that provider’s agreement with you.
We operate kernel-level isolation between seats and encrypt data in transit and conversation history, attachments and generated images at rest, and the vault is zero-knowledge: we hold no key and cannot open, recover, reset, or decrypt vault contents. That protection for you is also a limit: if you lose vault access, contents are unrecoverable by anyone, including us. No system is perfectly secure; do not store secrets in any single place you cannot afford to lose, and secure your own credentials, machines, and API keys. You are responsible for what you place in and retrieve from the Service.
The Service is provided “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, any uptime percentage, or uninterrupted access to any model or feature, and we may impose or alter throughput allowances (lanes, requests per minute, daily tokens, GPU output time, context length), perform maintenance, throttle, or suspend service for operational or security reasons at any time. Plan allowances describe throughput parameters, not a warranty of deliverable output.
Seats can execute commands, modify files, and connect to machines you designate. Those tools act on your authorization: any machine you connect is yours to authorize and yours to bear the consequences on. Test in environments you control, keep backups, and do not point automated tooling at production systems without your own safeguards. We are not responsible for changes made to systems you connect to the Service.
Payments are processed by independent processors (including PayPal and BTCPay Server operators). Those processors control their own platforms, security, and terms; we do not control them and are not responsible for their acts, outages, or policies. Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible; a Bitcoin payment sent to the wrong address or without a completed invoice cannot be recovered. Refund and billing terms are set in Section 6 of the Terms of Service.
Content on shadowshell.ai is provided for general information and may change without notice. Prices, plan allowances, and capabilities shown on the Store page reflect the live platform catalogue at the time of viewing; where any marketing text differs from the Terms, the Terms govern. Nothing on the website is an offer, warranty, or commitment beyond what the Terms state.
The Service and website may reference or link to third-party resources for convenience. We do not control, endorse, or warrant third-party content and are not responsible for it. Following an external link is your decision, under the destination’s terms.
The disclaimers on this page are subject to and supplemented by Section 11 (Limitation of liability and indemnification) of the Terms of Service, which limits our liability and shifts responsibility for misuse to the user. That section is incorporated here by reference as if fully set forth.
We may update this page from time to time; the version in force is the one posted at this URL when you use the Service. We have no duty to correct or update past output, and nothing in past output amends these disclaimers.
